How we’ll work together

I tailor therapy to the needs of each individual, but my approach is traditionally referred to as “talk therapy”. I have training in a broad range of therapeutic methods including psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-related work. My practice incorporates each of these modalities. Therapy with me is collaborative and results-oriented.

I offer a non-judgmental space in which we will work together to better understand your difficulties, find relief from harmful repetitive patterns, and create a more fulfilling life. My style is non-judgmental, engaged, and steady, with a focus on long-lasting and meaningful change. We will speak openly about how the process is going along the way.

Unsure that therapy is right for you?

I understand that entering into therapy often comes with concern about how the process will work. If you're unsure that therapy is right for you, that's ok - we can figure that out together.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want before starting therapy. That’s part of the work we’ll do together.
